| The Pa/Pa Japan (an Affiliate of the Panamerican-Panafrican Association USA/International) and the Pa/Pa Japan-ITCG (a franchise of the Pa/Pa-USA/International Trade Consultants Group) were established in 2001 as a means to establish and build "mutuality-of-benefit" relationships between Japan and Lesser Developed Countries, particularly in Africa. The Pa/Pa Japan and the Pa/Pa Japan-ITCG share the same philosophy as that of its parent organization, the Pa/Pa USA and its Chairman, Dr. Robert Starling Pritchard, to create equitable economic exchange relationships between developed and emerging market economy societies, which contribute to expanded business opportunities with entrepreneurs in LDCs and concomitant benefits for DCs.
